We have two locks at our front door. Upper is a deadbolt and works fine. We couldn't get into our home with the key to the lower doorknob. Andrey came and fixed it in record time! Five stars! I needed several new locks re-keyed and so I submitted requests via yelp to several vendors. Andrey of MassBay Lock and Key was the first to respond. Several others wanted my phone number to I guess ask more questions? I really didn't want to receive a bunch of phone calls. Andrey was happy to correspond by email; he was prompt, clear, and ALSO was the least expensive. He was able to re-key the locks at a very convenient time for me. My front door lock broke during a winter storm. Mass Bay responded immediately to my request same day, arrived at 330p completed the job by 530. Tried to fix current lock mechanism first (more cost effective) but determined lock to be broken so we went with full replacement.
